The Rise of Mantia - The 2006 Saint Paul Inline Marathon may be best remembered as the event where Joey Mantia (center, front) cemented his position as America's top skater. Not only did he easily win the criterium, but he dominated the marathon, which included most of North America's top distance skaters. "He's on another level," Bont's Glenn Koshi said after the race.
