Teach Yourself the Double Push
A series of exercises for developing the Holy Grail of inline speed skating: the double push

Double Push Sequence

Step 1

Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Bend your knees and your back 45 degrees.

Now you are in the skating position.

Remain in this position at all times while doing the exercises. (In other words, if one part of your body is moving, the rest of you should remain in the skating position.)
