Bowe, Mantia Finish on Top in Tampa
Team Florida stars prove tough in home state

Luigino's Joey Mantia dominated the elite men's field in the Hyper-Tampa Classic Invitational over the weekend. The 20-year-old from Ocala, Fla., easily won all three events on Sunday: the 500 meters, 1500 meters and 10K points race.

His teammate Brittany Bowe proved almost as dominating in the elite women's division. The 18-year-old won the 500 and 1500 meters but finished second in the point race behind Elma Devrie from the Netherlands.
